Please complete this form only if you do not consent to your child being photographed or filmed for College marketing and communications purposes.

Throughout the year, students may be photographed or filmed for use in College publications such as the digital newsletter, College website, social media platforms, promotional materials, or occasional external media (e.g., newspapers).

If you do not consent to your child’s image being used for these marketing purposes, please complete the form below and indicate the specific scenarios you wish to opt out of.
A separate form must be submitted for each child.

Please note that this form relates specifically to Marketing and Communications imagery.
Classroom platforms used for teaching and learning (including apps where teachers upload photos for educational purposes) are managed separately and should be discussed directly with your child’s classroom teacher.

By not submitting this form, you provide Corpus Christi College permission to include your child in photographs and videos used for marketing and communication purposes.
