About the Role 

The College is seeking applications from skilled IT professionals interested in joining our established and successful IT team. The successful candidate will provide efficient and friendly IT support to students, parents, and staff of the College. This support includes; troubleshooting, logging and managing incidents, asset recording, supporting events and offering practical advice on effective technology use.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be eligible to obtain a current National Police Clearance and WWC clearance in addition to possessing;

  • Previous ICT support experience

  • Commitment to customer service, with good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders

  • A willingness to learn emergent technologies and attain relevant tickets/licences

  • Ability to use initiative and problem-solve 

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality  

  • A personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic based education to students in the College community and a willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College
