About the Role 

The College is seeking applications from committed and dynamic people interested in supporting the operations of our 400-seat College Theatre. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a team of passionate professionals who are committed to supporting our students with diverse opportunities. This is a casual opportunity assisting with lighting, sound, AV, and staging setup and operations. In addition the Theatre Technician will support bump-in/bump-out and technical rehearsals as well as ensuring safe and efficient backstage operations.

About You

Our ideal candidates will be eligible to obtain a current National Police Clearance and a WWC clearance in addition to possessing;

  • A personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic based education to students in the College community. 

  • Experience in technical theatre

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically in a team environment

  • Willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College
