About the Role 

Corpus Christi College has the opportunity for a highly organised and efficient administrator who has a passion for sport and education. The successful candidate will support the Head of Sport and Head of Health and Physical Education with administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the departments. This is an opportunity to support a highly skilled and well established team who are passionate about the opportunities they provide our students.

This is a newly created position, working full-time hours during 40 weeks of the year, aligned with the school terms and will also have the opportunity to attend camps and excursions.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be eligible to obtain a current National Police Clearance and WWC clearance in addition to a being a focused and organised individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Our ideal candidate will possess;

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Demonstrated experience displaying initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills

  • A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, coupled with a flexible approach.
