About the Role
Corpus Christi College has the opportunity for a highly skilled and customer service focused administrator to provide support across several key functions of the College.
As one of two Administration Officers primarily located in the Senior School campus the successful candidate will enjoy diversity and responding to changing operational needs across; Enrolments, Finance, People and Culture, Student Services, Events and the Uniform Shop. The Administration Officer will operate across these teams to primarily support the Senior School administration function, working in a supportive team environment, where excellent customer service, confidentiality and discretion are essential.
While this is a 2-year fixed term opportunity working full-time, the successful candidate will only be required to work 40 weeks of the year, aligned with the school terms.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be eligible to obtain a current National Police Clearance and WWC clearance in addition to a being a focused and organised individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Experience with student administration in an educational institution is essential, as is a customer-focused approach to service and high attention to detail. Effective time management and communication is also key for this role, alongside tact, initiative and integrity.
