Obtaining an Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) – Immunisation History Statement:
The WA Department of Health requires parents/caregivers enrolling children in a Pre-Kindergarten program, to provide an up-to-date AIR Immunisation History Statement, issued within the last two months to the enrolling education provider.
Please visit the WA Department of Health website for instructions on how to obtain the History Statement, including information regarding mandatory immunisation requirements when enrolling a child in Pre-Kindergarten program.
Prior to your child commencing at Corpus Christi College, the Enrolments Team will contact you to re-confirm your child’s latest Immunisation status, in accordance with the WA Department of Health requirements.
