Informatics is an exciting and challenging mix of mathematics, computer programming and problem solving.  In the Middle School, there are a growing number of students eagerly embracing the challenging opportunities informatics provides.

Whilst the 2016 Informatics (and academic) year is starting to finish up, 25 middle school students are meeting on Monday s and Thursday s at lunch to learn to code and tackle the Grok Learning weekly challenges ready for 2017 competitions under the guidance of Mr Johnny Ho (Pallotti House Coordinator) and Mr Daniel Budd (Director of Learning Technologies).

In 2017, the students will continue their rigorous training with aims at competing in the Canadian Informatics Competition and the Australian Informatics Olympiad.
