A small role description for each member of The Leadership Team is outlined below:
Principal Mrs Caroline Payne BA DipEd MEdL MRE

The Principal is the representative of the Archbishop of Perth in her role as the Pastor of the Archdiocese.
The Principal is responsible for ensuring that the College is a meaningful factor in the faith development and religious education of each student.
The Principal also has the responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of a Catholic ethos by maintaining an appropriate liturgical and prayer life within the College, and ensuring the practical expression of the College's purpose, beliefs and values in the everyday operation of the College.
As the Executive Officer of the College's Board of Management, the Principal must ensure the sound financial operation of the College and implement the policies determined by the Board from time to time. The Principal is also responsible for ensuring that the College maintains an educational programme, which meets the states goals of the College's educational mission.
Deputy Principal (Curriculum) Dr. Sue Baker CertED BED GradDipEdAdmin MedMan EdD

The Deputy Principal (Curriculum) is responsible for the development of the College curriculum including the daily education activities of the students. There is a responsibility to ensure the best possible learning environment for all students.
In conjunction with the Principal, the Deputy Principal (Curriculum) is responsible for the planning of the efficient running of the College on a daily basis and is involved in the medium and long-range planning and policy development of the College.
Deputy Principal (Pastoral Care) Mrs Rae Cook BSc DipEd MEdL MEdRE DipAdo 
The Deputy Principal (Pastoral Care) is responsible for the pastoral care considerations of all staff and students. In conjunction with the Principal, the Deputy Principal (Pastoral Care) is responsible for the planning of the efficient running of the College on a daily basis and is involved in the medium and long-range planning and policy development of the College.
The Deputy Principal (Pastoral Care) works closely with the Heads of Year to ensure pastoral support for students, and House Coordinators, to build House and School spirit.
Head of Senior School Mr Ian Hagen BEd, MACEL

The Head of Senior School is responsible for the implementation of curriculum in the Senior School through liaison with the Heads of Learning Area, Head of Education Support and Head of Student Learning in accordance with the general direction set by the Deputy Principal (Curriculum, Principal of the College and the Curriculum Council.
The Head of Senior School is also responsible for liaising with the Heads of Year and Deputy Principal (Curriculum) with regard to issues concerning overall student academic progress.
Head of Middle School Mr Matthew Ivulich BSc, DipEd, MScEd MACE MACEL
The Head of Middle School leads an exciting team of enthusiastic and dedicated teachers keen to develop the best environment for Corpus Christi’s early adolescent learners.
The Middle School utilises “best practice” in delivering this environment and has implemented the International Baccalaureate and 1-1 Laptop programme to achieve its aims.
Business Manager Mr Stephen Martin B.Comm SA Finsia FIFS
The Business Manager ensures the effective and efficient operation of the College's financial and administrative functions on behalf of the Principal, along with providing strategic level management of the College's non-teaching areas with emphasis on policy setting, planning and review of finance, property, capital works and maintenance, human resource management, information technology, and communications.
The Business Manager is also responsible for providing advice to the Principal and College Board and relevant Board committees on all matters relating to the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial and administrative operations of the College.
The Business Manager works co-operatively with the Principal, the Executive Team and other staff in developing and implementing College policies.
