Teachers are expected to take an active interest in the pastoral welfare of their Homeroom group, supported by the Leadership team, specialist subject teachers and specialist support staff (e.g. College Psychologist, Director of Learning Support, Head of Academic Excellence).

All staff are expected to be involved in the full life of the College. Preferred applicants must actively support the Catholic ethos of the College.

Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
